No, ITR low-tie bar bolts on to the lower subframe. The holes are pre-drilled from factory and these aren't on GS-R/GS/LS/Civics. Your best bet is something like Cusco low-tie bar... which is light and does the job. (You'll need longer LCA bolts to accept the low-tie bar on your GS-R).
