Default Is it ok to switch synthetic to non, and back?

Sorry if this has been answered in the 2500 page oil thread, and I searched but can't find anything. (If you are gonna lock this, please find it for me then)

I'm running Castrol GTX 10w30 in my JDM ITR.

I'm thinking about switching to Mobil 1 5w30 supersyn

I've only been running the Castrol GTX for a few days now, and I want to change over to see if I like mobil 1 better.

Is this gonna **** up my seals?

I've been using Castrol GTX 5w30 for most of the life of the car; over 200000 mi. without a problem. any quality oil, changed regularly (every 3000 mi.), will work well. and I don't baby it. switching to synth in a low mileage motor should not cause a problem.

...you're right, it won't couse any problem, but, it will not help with the final break in process of the engine, which by Honda certified mechanics mouth, it is still going on until 15K miles. That's why they recommend to switch to synthetic oil after 15K miles.
