so yesterday I put one of those Voltage Stabilizer's on my 92 wagon ex started fine. Today went to a few places and then the car didn't start and I sat there awhile and it was clicking. But it was not starting; then I rolled the window down and bam! started right up....what is this problem?

 

What are you willing to test?

Have the battery tested. Check and clean the battery cables to be sure they are clean and tight......I personally would clean the "other" ends of the ground cable where it contacts the body and the trans/engine.
