its a 1994 civic hatch with turbo gsr swap I dono why i never noticed it really untill tonight driving home i could feel heat coming from my feet legs area , but i have the temp set to as low as it goes , and the fan off , not sure what would cause this , however the level on my temp adjustment is snapped off I have to stick a key or small object in there to slide it over , if that helps , i just wonder if it could be leaking through my firewall or what else would cause this thanks in advance

I looked under my glove box and noticed that mechanism down there its all the way like it should be to cold , the cable is not out but in down there , also the car has no air condition if that means anything , in my old cars sliding it to cold would stop the heat issue but this one doesnt seem to matter ?
