Help I am freezing

Help I am freezing
So the issue I am having is I don't get any air (hot or cold) through the vents in the cabin. I have looked at fuses, the thermostat and relays all of which appear to be good. The fan speed selector is working just fine and i hear the fan working, but I cant get any heat out the vents in the cabin. Please help. My civic is much more fun to drive if i am not feeling the effects of -10 celcius ( around 0 Fairnheight). Any advice? I am driving a 1998 Civic EX.

The cable running from the heater control panel to the heater hose valve on the firewall in the engine bay may be disconnected or broken. Open the hood and manually push the heater valve to the full open position. This should restore heat until the cable is reconnected or fixed.

You say you aren't getting any air at all but can hear the fan come on. Try turning the fan speed from 1 to max. See if you can hear a difference in the sound from the blower. Also check all of the vents, including under the dash, at max fan speed. See if any air at all is coming through. Try changing the vent selector while you're checking.

Thanks all I found the problem myself.... a tech forgot to connect my ground wire from my A/C condenser fan so the fan was not working and ended up icing up my heating core... It was really bad... had to melt everything with a torch.. But now i have heat... and my fan is connected back up I also was refunded some money for the mistake..
Thanks for all the advice.
