can i go 4 pots & 12.8in rotors
You will put larger brakes on and then
crossdrill and slot?
Do you even know what you are doing?
... or WHY you are doing it?
Please stop working on cars.
You are hurting them.

I installed the Wilwood Dynalite kit using 11.2" rotors. I don't know why anyone would go larger than this
Blank rotors give better braking that slotted or cross drilled

so you want to go roughly 250hp (1.6*150).
Very mild considering all the 300...400...500+ builds out there.
you can probably do just fine with stock brakes and better pads for your application.

You will not be able to modulate the pedal properly. Why do you want brakes so powerful that you can one toe lock the wheels?! Its unsafe. If you had a 3300 pound car I'd say you are in the ballpark for a proper setup with what you described. YOUR CAR IS TOO LIGHT. You will make it dangerous. Try panic stopping, or worse yet, panic stop in the rain... You will need a new car, and possibly money for hospital bills. You will just slide.
