I have been fighting this M&W pro10 ignition for a while now, and keep having issues. upon IGN1 and IGN2 the Crane PS92 coil makes a loud buzzing sound and cylinder 4 has a constant spark, 1,2 & 3 fire in sequence on cranking but what reasons could be causing this constant spark?

Have you verified the ECU is working properly? Have you tried a different ECU?
I'd try a different M&W if the ECU tests out fine. I believe Tony @ T1 has a test fixture for M&W components.

I will try a different ECU see what that does. I went back to the stock setup and cannot get it to start, but the cyl 4 constant spark went away. I just really am at a loss to what is happening because I haven't changed anything and these issues are just appearing now.

Why won't it start with the stock setup? any rewiring been done to any pinouts? Still have the big injectors in?
