OK so I've had my car for a while and still can't get it to run properly. Im going to list all of what I have done so far and any suggestions as to what to do next would be greatly appreciated.


Replaced head gasket
Replaced intake manifold gasket
New distributor
New plugs and wires
New o2 sensor
New fuel filter
All my injectors seem to be getting fuel
I cleaned my iacv
New map sensor


The problem is every time I start the car, my idle is kind of choppy and if I give it gas, the car bogs like it wants to die and it kind of sounds like air is being sucked up quickly but then you give it more gas it goes away.

Sorry if its a little confusing, that's the best way I can describe it lol.

What ecu are you running?

Also make sure your firing order is correct.

Possible fuel pump is bad.

 

Yeah my friends told me he thinks its the fuel pump as well. so I might replace that as well just to be sure.

 

If you still have a catalytic convertor it might be clogged
