Default Oil Pan Gasket Issue

What would cause an oil pan gasket to blow out like this?

i'm guessing you DID'T use a torque wrench. it's not a lot even something like 16lb or less iirc.

I didn't do it, I took it to Precision Tune auto to change the gasket. I noticed after a week that it was still leaking so I took it back to show them what happened, and they told me something was wrong with my engine oil pressure, that it was too high and that's what made it blow out like that.

I searched for an answer to this, and some people said it could be a bad PCV valve, or an issue with air intake. I have a cold air intake installed:

Could that be it?

That would be the first time I have ever heard of that. I would say it's doubtful.

Off topic, sorry, but when is the last time you cleaned/changed your air filter? Your engine bay is quite dusty

Yeah no, an intake isn't going to cause that. Spok, the way your intake is installed, it isn't a CAI. Either it's installed wrong, or it's the wrong intake for the car.

That gasket wasn't installed correctly.

Too much gasket maker used. You are supposed to put just a little on the corners.
You will have the oil pan gasket oozing out before you reach specified torque. The rubber gasket tend to slide due to the slippery liquid gasket. Did you use any form of cleaner (carb cleaner, gasoline, etc)?
