Icon2 6speed swap no bypass harness

I have a 6gen accord (2000 ex) and there has been a lot issues concerning the 6speed tranny swap for the J series.

Ppl say to get Richiev6 bypass harness but he's no where to be found.

A couple guys tried true converting everything to true manual(ecu, sensors,...etc) but they get no spark. Heres the thread: http://www.6thgenaccord.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=43879

My question (finally) is would anybody know what could be the issue causing the no spark?? I need to get this swap done because my auto tranny died 6 MONTHS AGO!!! I NEED TO DRIVE AGAIN!!! HELP!!!

Are you still using your stock ignition, ECU and key with the immobilizer in tact?

If this was an automatic converted to manual, what did you do to satisfy the neutral safety switch and the Immo system?

The ECU will not send a signal to the ICM if all conditions are not met first.

well according to the other guys they didnt do much. Im researching cuz i wanna do this swap and i dont want to run into this problem.

I just want to know if anyone might have an idea to the no spark problem. I personally think the guy from the thread didnt install the immo properly.

Yeah... a 6speed swap shouldn't be that much trouble if you have the proper ignition system set up.

Get a manual ECU and get the thing programmed from the dealership. I think it would clear up a lot of the issues that guy is having.

A no spark issue requires the same trouble shooting no matter what ignition system you have. The coils/ICM require a signal from the ECU. If the signal isn't there then one of hte conditions for ignition is not being satisfied. The IMMO would be one of them. Then all of the sensors that they are swapping would also need to be hooked up and timed accordingly.

I'll ahve to be honest I have never done one of these swaps but electronics and ignitions are pretty much universal.
