Default 6th Gen 5 speed swap problem

I'm new to the forum but not new to Hondas. I've put off posting another 5 speed swap thread for weeks but have not been able to find a solution to this problem. Has anyone done this swap with a manual harness and ecu and can they tell me what wiring they had to do to make it work. Found loads of info on manual ecu and auto harness but nothing about the manual harness. My car is together tranny, axles, intermediate shaft, shifter, shifter cables, tranny mounts, manual harness, have the immobilizer issue figured out and fixed already so I know that's not the problem. But the car still won't start turn the key everything comes on go to start and nothing no crank nothing. I'm starting to think it's either a neutral safety issue or something is wrong with the harness. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just finished this swap on a UK. cg 8...you need to reprogram your original ignition key to your now manual ECU... your key is still reading auto ECU...mine started first time.
