93 civic coupe with b16 whenever i stop or right before the car comes to a complete stop i hear a click or mild clunk coming from drivers side. Also happens when i start driving aswell could my axle be worn down? Or a bushing in there that should be replaced?

 

Tie rods or control arms could be a culprit if axles are known to be good.

 

Im going to get an oil change this afternoon i will have them check both thanks man

 

check half shaft too, might be looose.

 

Ok it was the control arm bushing gonna order part tomorro. I noticed that my passenger side cv shaft that goes into tranny is kinda loose it has some play in it. How much play, if any is this supposed to have?

 

should not move at all as long as the axle has the snap ring still installed to lock it inside the trans

I was going to say control arm bushing lol. If you let someone drive the vehicle, you'd see the wheel move forward and backward while taking off and stopping. My fault for burning out too much haha. It was a pain to change too.
