Leave it stock. Swap whatever bad bushings out that you find.

Why replace the entire bar and everything else when the bar doesnt go bad....its the bushings.

The bushings will say what mm they are most of the time on the side... Or you can measure the diameter of the bar with a caliper

well if im going to change the it anyways I might as well do it while im changing the bushings, instead of making a second trip down there. and then changing it or is it better to just leave the ones it came with in it?

replacing the sway bar itself make NO sense unless you are upgrading to a BIGGER diameter bar.

It sounds like you are describing bad bushings and that means you need to replace the sway bar BUSHINGs, not the bar...replacing the bar is more work and it makes absolutely no sense unless it is bent or damaged in some way.

here is what you need

http://www.ebay.com/itm/MOOG-K90565-Sway-Bar-Bushing-/171069219003?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item27d48520bb&vxp=mtr
^^ you need one of these, it does BOTH sides of the car

might as well replace the sway bar END LINKS while your doing work under the car.
