I am doing a D15B swap from a 91 SiR onto my 99 D16Y7.

I got the complete head, ecu, intake manifold, distributor, etc.

Questions :

#1: What timing belt should I run?

#2: What head studs should I use?

#3: Exhaust manifold gasket?

Going to be running a 99/00 EX - DC 4-1 header w/ Invidia test pipe

Am I missing anything or anything I should know? Getting the head machined this week.

 

#3> just a new OEM one no need for anything fancy. stock ports right

 

but a 99/00 Ex header should fit and line up? so any year gasket?

 

what's so special about 99-00 for the EX this isn't the Si. 96-00 for the ex, that should be fine to use tho.

 

Anything else I should know for the swap?
