mini me swap NEED HELP. d15 block d16y8 head.
Heres what im running:
P28 ECU. Wired perfectly.
94 EX Tranny.
ACT EXTREME Pressure Plate
ACT Clutch
1.5 Lightened Flywheel.
99 EX Axles.
92 CX Block.
92 CX Distruibitor.
99 EX Head.
99 EX Exhaust Manifold.
99 EX Intake Manifold.
94 EX Throttle Body.
AEM Fuel Rail
94 EX Fuel Injectors
99 EX Head Gasket.
99 EX Timing Belt.
Well first we though the timing belt was the wrong one seemed loose but then we scratched that out.
We thought the timing was off .. Not sure which marks to follow the red or the white mark...
Then the 96+ civic's have a different order for the distruibitor cap, than the 92+ d16z6. So were not sure which way the wires go on the cap.
Also the sensors on the intake manifold we changed those around a few times.
So now the car starts.. It seems to idle fine.. Slight vibration from the motor.. But when you go to move.. It has noooo power. And the motor dies...
Any clue? Timing, or distrubitor.. Or maybe we have a vaccum line mixed up.. Or miss placed.. Tried to fix until 2am last night.
-Please help...
