Icon6 "Rattling" noise from drivers side rear brake.

I have a '99 Honda Civic DX Hatchback, and its been a few months since I got my brakes done all round, and for the past few days its been making this rattling/grinding noise. It is more prominent as you hit lower speeds when slowing down from a higher speed. Anyone know what this could be? Had this problem? Any insight is helpful.

brake pad not sitting on brake cylinder correctly/not spread enough on the adjustment is my guess

if you didnt replace the drums then it could be rust on the back edge rubbing on the backing plate i find it makes an almost swishing rotational noise that is more noticeable at low speed. if this is the cause tapping the flaking rust with a small hammer around the edge will knock it off and eliminate noises. hope that helps
