Will the stock 1996 dx engine harness work on my b16a2 i'm going to put in? I was running a d16y7 non-vtec before I pulled the engine out.
Also will a GSR cluster fit in the 96 dx dash , I am aware of the wiring I was just wondering if it would fit with no modification ?

It's not plug and play if that's what you're asking. Not even close.
At least a couple of write ups on how it's done exist on the internet.

is the gsr cluster the same size as the 1996 ek cluster or will I have I have
to cut holes or modify it to fit in the dash, is my question bro?

 

Did you not look for pictures? Surely the writeups/DIYs show this?

 

Why do u want a Gsr harness in the car? And the stock engine harness will work u just have to wore up the vtec since the doner car never had it

But in my world anything g will"work" if u don't mind figuring it out

 

It's been done so it will work if the DIYs are followed to the letter.
