Are you sure the belt is tensioned properly? Is it OEM? Never heard anything about power steering belts popping off but then again most people seem to ditch it when they do turbo builds.
no it's not a OEM belt, always a autopart belt within the spec. But always gates or goodyear. I try let the belt loose or super thigh, the same thing.

I'm only guessing guy. I have an entry level boosted system. If this is indeed a problem with higher horsepower cars then I'm not qualified to speak on it.
nice news my p/s damper (simbra) in WOT. I no know how is the word for that, It's like shaken in high REV's.
grumble if I send you a picture of my pump can you recognized it.
need to buy one.

btw hp/tq/psi/turbo size have nothing to do with your ps belt or pump having a issue, something is offline (crooked) meaning one of the pulleys are not in check with the others which is why it spits the belt off at higher rpms. this is rpm related not "high boost belt problem"
I just only want to solve my problem with the help of the guys here. if I put my setup is because they asked for it.
what's the difficult in such little build?
