Hi my lovely Honda Tech friends.

I am in need to getting my car painted, its either take it to Maaco or do it myself. As of now money is a bit of a restraint in terms of letting Maaco do it, however time is not. That may all change once I get a job however.

Or, should I roll on the paint or use a spray gun and compressor?

Only thing is I don't have a garage to do the painting in, is that a problem?

I found this great write up on how to do the roll on job. I just wanted to know if the compressor thing would be better idea. I bet its more hassle and preparation compared to the roll on.

 

You don't have access to some kind of paint booth ? Here in socal you can rent them out per hour , also I was kidding about the roller and house paint , use a compressor with paint gun, prepping is the key to a nice paint job , g/l
