Default 02 sensor showing 0.0 voltage in Smanager?

All,

Trying to get all the kinks worked out in my fresh swap. Last thing seems to be that my 02 sensor shows 0.0 volts at all times in Smanager. No check engine lights or anything. Shouldn't smanager be picking up some kind of voltage for the primary 02? Fresh motor build so car has only idled and been around the block a few times to correct other issues. Car is a 97 CX hatch with a boosted b18c1 running s300. Stock injectors and map are on the car now just for initial start and correcting other issues. Right now I am running the preloaded p72 map in Smanager. Any input would be appreciated.

Measure the voltage on the primary o2 sensor input pin d14 on the engine harness to see if the issue is related to your wiring/o2 sensor.

Thanks for the reply. I would assume if I still have 0.0 voltage at pin d14 then the wiring is messed up or my O2 is actually dead.

What is the code on the side of the ECU you are using?

The ECU is a p28 with hondata s300v2 (of course the car has a obd2a-obd1 harness on it)

At idle/cruising what kind of voltage should be seen for the 02 sensor?

I just probed d14 with my multimeter and I am getting voltage. Why is my datalogging still showing 0.0?

I probed D14 and It was reading 0.5 while it was just idling.

I only had the multimeter on it for a few seconds but the voltgae fluctuated between 0.4 and 0.5.

measure it when you are revving the engine and see if it is moving and see how high it goes.

I appreciate your response. How high should the voltage go? I am just puzzled that my multimeter shows voltage but my laptop shows none.

Are you plumbing in your factory O2?

I don't believe the CX has the correct wiring for this, as a stock CX ECU (P05) does not have the circuitry for heated o2 feedback.

Hmmm. I wonder if that is my issue then with mine being a CX. And Yes, this is using all factory 02 wiring.

Do you have a different O2 input selected in SManager? Try using one of the analog inputs on the S300 if you can't resolve it.
