Default Stalling issues H22 (96 Prelude) swap into 93 Accord wagon

Hello, I'm Justin.

I have been reading for WEEKS now...

I know H22's have idle issues.

Just had the Head gasket done, timing belt, tensioner, cam seal, valve cover gasket, exhaust gasket, IAC cleaned, plugs, wire, pcv valve cleaned...

But my car idles low, 4-600. I think I have that narrowed down...

The major problem is the car stalling when I come down from high RPMs. I've been reading other posts with people having the same problem and it gets SO OFF TOPIC I cant find a solution. Or ends up with someone saying "Oh, I'm dumb, I just figured it out." And never ended up posting the solution.

My main concern is the CRANK SENSOR. I'm pretty sure its just hanging. the problem just started about 3 months ago (just had all work listed above done 5 days ago).

My mechanic says he doesnt think its ever been hooked up, but Its only been doing this recently.

Please, I'm asking for any input at all. I dont know what else to do.

Thank you,
Justin

Here are some pictures.

Link to a video. I'm making the car rev in the video, the video is just to show the car stalling.

Please dont flame me, please dont tell me stupid stuff like, why is your dash dirty, or I have red interior, or your family is dumb.

If I could get some serious input I'b be forever grateful.

Just a few more pictures of my car

Im assuming its still an OBDI ECU (that I just reset this morning) and I hear the crank sensor wiring is different from the H22 Prelude to the F## (or whatever the engine code is) for the CB7/9 Accords.

I'm reading that the H22 crank position sensor is on the timing belt side.

And theres a wire hanging that I believe is the crank position sensor plug...

Put I'm confused as to where it gets plugged into.

Does anyone have a working link or a diagram that shows me where it belongs?
