Ouch man really sorry to hear that. Your car was such a beast for a 62mm setup.

What valves were you running?

Seen of a few supertech valves do the same ( but some also weren't 100% the valves fault ) ... we use Ferrea now a days though on larger setups.

Ferrea comp plus only. Install is a huge key with any valve.

Will be using 6000 series in my head, though I was suggested to use comp plus. Whats the determining factor(s) to use the comp plus? Hp, rpm range, etc?

thank you everyone! ferrea comp should be fine for a street car right? I will release the name of the company after I hear back from them about my situation.

so get the matching springs and retainers too I take?

I've never had a bad experience with ferrea valves and probably wouldn't consider anything else.

For sure, get the entire Ferrea valve train with the exception of the Valve Guides. Jason at CNC Port told me when they did my head they never use their valve guides because they are too big and have cracked.

The comp plus are made for high heat situations i.e. Forced induction or nitrous use.

A few head guys that I talked to suggested to run 6000 series on intake, and pro comp on exhaust side, to save a little coin.
