I think I got a bad tire or wheel though, cause she shook noticeably on the interstate. Oh well. Maybe it's just slightly out of balance or out of round and the fact that the shocks are bad is making it seem like a bigger deal.

iv you have a vibration you most likely have a out of balance tire. Get it checked out.

They're all brand new and we balanced them before putting them on. I'll just have to bring it by again next weekend. It's probably just slightly out of balance... but if it's out of round, that's gonna be some bad juju

TL-S wheels are notorious for bends.

You bought them used?

Those are not TL Type s rims in that picture, they are Motegi rims

Motegi MR121s. TL Type-S wheels are a little aggressive, fitment wise

Oops, I was looking at the pics in my phone and mistook them for TL-S wheels.

Check for bends anyway if they are second hand.

I'm about to take it over to my buddy's shop again. Both wheels and tires are brand new. Talked to Tire Rack, and they said it wouldn't be an issue to get a tire replaced if it is indeed out of round.

I think Sticker Bomb has dibs on the lift kit, ATM.

And they're 17x7 +40 wheels on 215/50 tires.

Well one of my roommates called me on my way home and said three boxes just came to the door. I figured two of them were the parts I ordered from RockAuto, and the other would be the coilovers... but alas, they were just the RockAuto parts. You guys should have seen the spark plugs that came out of this engine... the center electrode had worn flat with the insulator.
