womp womps meaning your idle is going up and down? i'm assuming you've already gone over your entire engine bay with a fine tooth comb looking for this vacuum leak (which is my assumption the problem is)?

I hope your not being a smart ***. I'm looking for serious help. Like I've said I've done everything. The only thing I haven't done was a smoke test.

What year is the LS motor, does it have a coolant port at the throttle body? In actual fact...not being funny...is your womp womp a fluctuating/hunting idle??

internal or external vacuum leak.

a few likely potential causes:
FITV too far open
cracked vacuum lines/leaking gaskets/open vacuum ports
IACV dirty or sticking
Idle set/air mix screw out of OEM spec

I would lean towards FITV if no vacuum leaks were found.
