Default AEM ECU+T1 Crank Trigger= no RPM signal?? HELP

Aem 6040 PnP V2 ECU
Brand New T1 Crank Trigger
Bisi Moto base map

Can't get an engine speed reading. (RPM) Here's what I have done...

Switched the jumpers in the ECU per T1 instructions
Set air gap on sensor per updated T1 instructions
Double checked the setup in the base map
Confirmed I have power to sensor
Confirmed I have ground to sensor
Confirmed I have signal from the connector
Confirmed I have signal at the ECM (both done with a lab scope clear square wave pattern)
Called bisi (waiting on a call back)

Everything else on the car works as it should, all sensors are reading correctly according to AEMTuner

Anyone see anything here that might not be correct? Thanks!

Where did you ground it? Last year I had that problem with the aem epm. Tested ground which it had. I had it grounded to a ground block on my wiring panel. Removed it from there and went to a clean chassis ground and poof it started working. 2 months to figure that out
