Icon3 99 civic intermittant electrical to car, all fuses good

The situation is i had a hard crank like the starter wasnt getting enough power. changed the starter and still the same lead me to believe it was/is a grounding issue as the battery is fully charged 12.77. after a reattempt to start holding the key to long there was no starter turnover and all of a sudden no power. except to the horn which worked for about 10 try's no the relay buzzs unless left over night then the horn works for a few trys. the hazard relay buzzs only when key off aswell as the horn if the key was turned to the on position no sound nothing.
Seems to have lost most electrical which leads me to beleive it was the multiplex control unit (fuse box) but power comes out of it to the relays.
the main 80a fuse has power to both sides and the 40a ign as well.
no dash comes on, no fuel pump prime, nothing anywhere not even brakes lights...

car is a 99 sedan with GSR swap ran great all last year tried to fix the slow turn over issue and now have this.
I have another car 94 integra that can be used to test parts on if it would be of help.

Sounds like a battery or battery ground wire problem along with a possible faulty ignition switch. Check those.

RonJ@HT ive read quite a few of your posts last night and it seemed you had some similar issues to.
I checked my ignition switch last night and have continuity so it checks out ok even cleaned the contact points. the battery is fully charged car will not do anything when the key is turned on like a dead battery, even when jump started nothing happens.

Have you continuity tested the battery ground wire that attaches to the chassis?

Does the ignition switch connector receive battery voltage?

ign switch has power all the time from the connector, and all the ground are good. i guess from me holding the key on trying to get it to turn over it shorted out turn the ignition switch into the fuse box? where would it short out from me holding they on to long ? it worked then everything died so i know its a short but dont know where.

How old is the battery? Try a known good battery. Clean both terminals and make sure its tight. Clean the ground contacts. If you have a short that didn't blow a fuse, you should see nasty sparks when you connect the battery.

Since im willing to try anything now i switched the battery ensured all the grounds were good and added 3 more and it still acts the same as if i had a dead batt. door lock relay buzzs as my daughter discovered too only when key off. its like there not getting full voltage...

put the engine harness thru firewall to ecu studs on (since when diagnosing the issue i removed) and screwed them on. the pressed the hazard signal button and melted the relay, smelt it burn. but the main fuse and ign fuse are ok !!!!! WTF is going on here !
