gsr ek won't start

gsr motor I had built a few years ago (was going to turbo it)
Neptune RTP
New dizzy
240cc injectors (also tried my stock 190cc to troubleshoot ebay injectors)

won't start
here's a little vid.. its open header right now

any ideas of where to start looking?

will the rotor go on 180 degrees off.. I think that could definitely have happened.. if its possible.

It was a MAP sensor.. I'd forgot that I had an omnipower 3bar (installed it 3 years ago) as soon as I changed that in RTP the car fired right up
