Default Need Help. 94 Del Sol, B18B1 swap, wont stay running

Hey guys, Ive got a 94 Del Sol and just finished my B18B1 swap. I do still have the single cam ECU in it but it shouldn't matter. The car starts fine but as soon as the car fires up it dies. I believe its losing fuel pressure because I can spray starter fluid in and it will run for 4-5 seconds. Ive traced ground wires, swapped out two dizzy's and I'm at my witts end. Any suggestions on what the cause may be? I've got all my Honda buddies stumped.

You think it's losing fuel pressure but have looked at any of the fuel related components? Are the injectors spraying fuel? Fuel filter? Get the right ECU.

Have u taken the hose off on the side of the fuel rail that goes from there to the fuel filter. It should spray fuel out of there pretty good if it doesnt then either clogged fuel filter or bad fuel pump
Also check fuses to the fuel pump

ive checked spray and ive removed the fuel rail completely. The fuel filter is brand new as well. There is definitely fuel getting to the rail. It just fires up for a second and that's it.

I tried a p75 ecu that my buddy had in his car and still have the same issues.

What can cause the fuel to cut out? The main relay seems good as the fuel pump primes and I hear the relay click.

Make sure the vacuum hose is on the fuel pressure regulator whichis at the other end if the fuel rail. There should be two hoses there one that is a return and one that is a vacuum hose coming from the firewall.
