B18 Block Freeze Plugs - Where to find them?
I bought an already machined block from a machine shop and its missing 2 block plugs. One is above the oil pump and the other is above the rear main seal. The OEM parts explosion doesnt show these as a part that can be ordered. Anyone know where I can obtain these new? I may have some left over from previous blocks, but theyre kinda beat up.
So I'm go to bring this thread back from the dead. I cleaned out my block after media blasting and miss placed these plugs. I would like to buy new ones will sealing washers. Does anyone know if they are available or if there is a compatible plug from a different engine?

best thing to do is to cross reference between cars so first find your engine
https://www.acuraoemparts.com/auto-p...oil-pan-1-scat
then just pick a random engine and use the "find" feature to look for the part number for the plug across the page
so let's look for part 13 in the b18b engine 90001-PM3-003
and we'll look in the most popular car at the local junkyard
https://www.hondapartscheap.com/auto...k-oil-pan-scat
found it at part 19
and do the same for any and all plugs you're looking for
then just go to the junkyard and pull the plug and make sure to put rtv on the sealing threads of any plug you install
