Default 98 civic d16y7/y8 Bogging

Need help or opinion..I did a d16y7/y8 mini me vtec conversion..now my car bogs like a pos! Running on my stock p2e atm and stock Dx IM, No CEL, burped and flushed coolant system, cleaned iacv, new spark plugs and wires, timing is correct, fuel filter looks ok, fuel pump runs perfect! It bogs really bad after it warms up to running temp. Idle at 200rpm. They say mini me swaps are plug and play but now im thinking thats a load of bullshit. Can someone help me get this figured out! Thanks!

The swap is plug and play, If you're using the correct parts. For example, You're using an ECU that doesn't even support VTEC, Making your swap pointless.

Also, If I'm not mistaken the p2e ECU is designed to run 190cc injectors. However the Civic EX was designed to run not only a different ECU, but larger injectors (240cc). If you're running 240cc injectors with that p2e, You're going to have issues. Why are you running the DX intake manifold on that y8 head?

I've done a handful of these swaps, We can make this work with a little troubleshooting. Address these two issues, Post back when you're done. Are you sure your Check Engine Light even works to begin with?

You're using the Y7 intake manifold? Why? if that's the case are you using the wrong injectors? It is pretty much plug-n-play so there was obviously something done incorrectly. Swapped MAP & TPS sensors maybe? Verify ignition and mechanical timing.

As stated, the ECU is wrong so I wonder what else is?
