Default Broke bolt rear right

So I was cranking on this bolt and it broke on me. That sucker is in there tight.

Any suggestions how to get it out?

angle grinder and a torch to burn the bushing out(makes it a bit easier).

What am I cutting???

How will cutting get the bolt out. It's threaded in the assembly isn't it?

The bolt moves a little up and down but that's it. So frustrating.

I cut the metal part of the bushing with a sawzall,so once the arm is removed I could put vise grips on the inside to get the rest of the bolt out. It's a big pita.

You're cutting on both sides of the toe arm so it can fall out freely. Then you use the torch to burn out the gasket.

I googled it and this is what I found. I'm not sure what is cheaper, replacing the whole arm or just replacing the bushing.

Honda dealer pick n pull local ads(car part out). a bushing is cheaper then the arm but why that is being considered is beyond me.

Why would the bushing being considered be beyond you? Theres nothing wrong with the arm itself and with a new bushing its good as new. It comes downs to what's advalable, fastest and cheapest way for the op.

a new arm would be x2 what a bushing would be there's a line when it comes to cost/practicality vs availability. maybe you misunderstood what I meant bushing>cheaper than whole new arm

I did misunderstood what your saying. It sound like you where saying a new bushing was a bad thing. Just trying to give op other option.

Bushings, by themselves are crazy cheap. If you don't have access to a shop press, they're kind of a pain to press in, but otherwise really inexpensive.

You may have to cut the welded part off as well since it is threaded in there and may be rusted. Use a lockwasher with a nut. I had to do the same on my trailing arm.

Got the bolt from honda. And got the old one out. I had to cut out the threads. But I bought a nut. Lock washer and loctite. Should be okay
