Default Random hose in type r swap? What is it?

Hey guys my friends civic type r has a hose with a weird metal piece as a plug in the end of it, I'm wondering what it is or where it's suppose to go to, I think it's t'd off to the oil. Let me know what you guys know please! Thanks! car is also running kind of slow, vtec works fine tho, new spark plugs and recent oil change. Running on type r Ecu as well. Any ideas of why too?

Compression check is the first thing I would do.

What would be a good head gasket brand for B18C type-r?
I look at golden eagle and inline pro any suggestions?

If its leaking oil from the coner of the block its probably not the headgasket. Look at all the oil seals on the side of the head vtec solenoid etc, they usually cause that. It should not be getting passed by an LS, i'd take a closer look at the swap wiring, it look sloppy.

It is leaking oil from the corner of the book... Il check the oil seals and also the wiring, yeah it was done a bit sloppy :/ but that's what I'm saying! Something had to be up il check the wiring like I said but honestly what am I looking for in specific? Loose cables and connections? -___- sorry
