No. most 18Gs are for the DSM in a Radius flange setup with a difference cartridge

The GReddy 18G is a mitsu/Garrett hybrid.

The best ones to fit are the GT2860RS, and GT2871R series turbochargers. However, the feed line and restrictors will need to be replaced, as well as the water lines that are required to use. The turbos in this family (especially GT2871R and GTX28 series) will be about 40lbs/min. You will still need to retune.

You can always attempt to have it rebuilt, as the cartridge set is mainly Garrett parts.

Plan to keep my greddy turbo kit
The don't know if the turbo can be rebuilt it
Leaking bad and the turbine not spinning

For the gt2871r will the greddy elbow directly fit
And do I need to custom a new downpipe
Will the greddy blue box work on the gt2871r
