LS VTEC SETUP?

b18a block with jdm b16a head? it has lots of extras and ctr pistons... Is this a good setup? fast? will it be faster than my current almost stock jdm b16a?

Why wouldn't a bigger engine with higher compression be quicker than a stock b16?
