pilot lose power when sensor click

Default pilot lose power when sensor click

I have in my shop a pilot 3.5 and when I left her running for a few minutes the check engine come as (rocker arm) and the engine start to misfire. I hear a ticking noise when the fail start, I talk with my friend and why think is the cam position sensor.

other information on request.

Any help from you guy will be appreciate.

where's the sensor for the cylinder elimination on highway?
