99-00 Civic OEM Foglight switch install: Have PDF but still confused. Any help?

99-00 Civic OEM Foglight switch install: All works but now no turn signals
After install of foglights, I have found that my turn signals do not work. OEM switch and eBay fogs with OEM harness. I followed the PDF OEM instructions sheet findable online. I do not have them on either side or hazards.
Anyone with this problem know the resolution?

if you have a oem harness and switch than it should work. you wouldnt have to mess with the wires or anything just unplug the harness from the switches and add the harness you got with the fogs

Those two circuits should have nothing to do with one another. Did you knock anything out or remove any fuses, etc?
