Default turn signals blinking too fast

my 89 crx si does a weird thing with its signals, when its hot out it blinks slightly fast but slow enough to be able to tell that it is blinking, however when it gets cold outside the blinkers blink so fast that the signal looks solid, has anyone else encountered this problem or knows the cause?

^That's because there is a bad connection at the ground or the plug itself

Not uncommon

^That's what I did. Both sides blinked fast. Both rear worked, driver front worked, pass front not at all. I left the blinkers on and started messing with the wires around the ground and plugs and the pass side started working again. Messed with the driver and started blinking slow again.
Went to the junk yard and got both corner light plugs with a good length of wire. Wired in the new/used ones, and everything back to normal as it should have been.

If all bulbs are working, it's typically a problem with a ground wire or the relay.

^^ man i messed with my ground cable and it kinda worked now both signals only blink together for about one blink and then they are normal... i really think mines a whole wiring issue the more i get into the car... try it and see what happens dont know how your gonna make it cold again to kinda test it out..
