For 97-01 CR-Vs. Just wondering how great they are. Debating whether to spend all that money on coilover sleeves vs coilovers vs springs and shocks combo.

Don't waste you money on skunk2 suspension, they are a stiff spring. I've had them in the pass and so have a few friends, and we have all hated them. Go with a set of Function & Form type1 or type2. The type1 you can only adjust height, the type2 you have height but you also have damper adjustment, so you can adjust how stiff you want the ride to be.

I have type2 in my V, they are from a DC Integra, and I'm happy with the ride.

Pretty much everyone here will say go with full coilovers, because if your going to spend money on your suspension, do it once and do it right the first time.

on the contrary im running civic kyb struts in the front with crv kyb struts in the rear, both with accord skunk2 sleeve type coilovers and the ride is rather good.

I have fnf type 1s on my dc integra, and its a perfect smooth ride, with nice cornering. I bet since the v is a bit heavier, it'll be smoother

Its called being patient and saving up for quality and durability . After all it is holding up the whole vehicle including urself and others.
If u go cheap on suspension it will blow up and u will regret it and end up buying a new set.
Double money + double the labor + double time/ headache + double the alingments . U choose...
