Which coilovers are better skunk2 or ground control?

I can only say that the Skunk2 that I am riding on is pretty stiff. You don't want to drive a long distance with these. But it does handle just as good as my Prelude SH did...

Do a little research into each set and why each company went with what they did. Get information such as spring rates and figure out what kind of shocks you will be using. Also take into consideration what kind of roads exist where you live and would your car handle better on these roads with a lower and stiffer suspension or a higher and looser suspension, or maybe something inbetween. The great thing about coilovers is that they are adjustable, but be sure to get a good set of shocks (Koni adjustable maybe). After you get it all installed, take a day and tune it properly.
