97 Civic LX Engine Light Codes
Yesterday while driving, the engine light popped on and the speedometer stopped working. When I check the codes it was the following:
65- Secondary oxygen sensor heater wire
17- Vss Speed Sensor
2- O2B oxygen sensor #2
41- Primary oxygen sensor heater
I assume that it won't hurt to continue to drive the car, but I wanted to know if any of those items are something one with little engine repair experience could change. I used to work at Accord/TL factory as an electrical guy so I am familiar to many items in that area, but not specifically the engine itself.
Lastly, the dealership said I needed the following repaired:
- Front wiper link $500
- Rear Trailing arm bushing $695
- Outer CV boots (cracked only, no leak) $510
- Power Steering Rack boots $335
Due to the cost, I can't repair them all at once, so in what order should I get them repaired?
Thanks for your suggestions.

Also noticed that the engine RPMs go up and down at idle, which is new since the engine light.
The change in RPMs causes the engine light to pulse in intensity and the powered windows to move at different speeds...all of this I assume because of the alternator output changing with the engine RPMs??
What I don't understand is why a Vss speed sensor affects engine RPMs.
