i have a 95 del sol and i have no air bags and (even though i try not to be) i am a aggressive driver especially on freeway i have been trying to work on it and try to slow down but 5 min later i look down and im hitting 65 on a 25 i guess im just impatient

i was looking into getting the 4 point harness with bar wielded in for safety and was wondering if it would be better then the standard 3 point belt??

i know that with 4 point if your car rolls the roof will smash you but seeing that its summer i always have it off and can go back to 3 point in winter

i know this thread comes up alot but haven't found a answer on having the 4 point harness with roof off

 

Just stop driving like an idiot. most harness and bars are installed incorrectly and are less safe then stock.

 

i have tired and currently working on it so this is for the meanwhile, and i have heard the "most harness and bars are installed incorrectly and are less safe then stock" story before thats why if i chose to get them i will be having them installed correctly and not just for looks i just want to know if they would make a significant difference in safety
