Default CRX DX TPS

I am looking for a TPS for my 1990 CRX DX. Cant seem to find one. Only one guy on ebay selling lots of three for over 300 dollars. I tried posting WTB in the buy/sell section here but i couldnt figure out how since i didnt see a "New Post" button anywhere. Any suggestions? I dont want to have to convert to MPFI. Honda dropped the ball on this one. Thanks.

Trust me, mpfi is A LOT better but is the dpfi even different? Mpfi sensors can be bought at any parts store.

Search the forum, I remember someone on here sells them, but be prepared to pay $130 for a new one. Otherwise junkyard is your only choice, take a mini file to make grooves in screws so you can remove it(so lucky I had mine in tool box when I went).

DPFI TPS is located on the opposite side of the throttle body when compared to the MPFI throttle body.
The TPS rotates the opposite direction.

Random pic that can be found on Google searching "DPFI TPS compare MPFI"

This is also why the two outside wires are to be swapped when doing a DPFI to MPFI conversion.

The guy who sells them still has them listed on eBay for $129. Net place enterprises is sellers name.

Try maxbore.com. They don't advertise them but I emailed them and ordered one.

Maybe swap the board from an MPFI into the DPFI.

The option to just drill a hole and spray contact cleaner inside
https://honda-tech.com/forums/showpo...1&postcount=30
might be something to try first before swapping the board.

The guy who swapped the board never finished the post to let us know how it went. Did it work or not, who knows? The guy on ebay only takes paypal. And my account is suspended without reason. So that leaves that option out. Besides i only saw lots of three on his site so...? Who knows how long a used one would last? Anyone know the average life of a TPS? I need to get this car running right. Maybe i will start collecting parts to convert it. But for now i need to use it. This car has been a money pit and it is still stock with less than 100k miles. I will check out the maxbore site.
