This b!tch hums at speeds over 40 sounds like its coming from the right rear
i jacked it up tonight at work during break and tried wiggling the rear wheels
and they have no play in them
so i removed the wheels and drums and spun the hubs no grinding or wiggling tires look good.......

 

its a 99 dx hatch

 

Just had the same issue changed both rear wheel bearings and hums gone. Also check the metal plate on your rear drums could be binding/ rustee out
