4th pic from the bottom is your fpr fuel pressure regulator.

to remove the tps you must use a cut off wheel or a dremel and cut a slot in it to where you can use a flat head screw driver to unscrew the bolts...

You need to number the questions next time to make answering easier.

-Cover for what looks to be an idle adjust screw.
-Looks fine I guess.
-Search next time. Cut slots in it and remove with a screwdriver. If you do not know what you are doing, don't touch it. It usually needs to be calibrated once removed.
-Fuel pressure regulator
-Yes
