Yes Honda MTF is good as long as you change it regularly. Torco MTF/RTF is good as well.
Are you serious right now!!!
Anyways I can vouch for HONDA MTF. If I use anything else my tranny grinds bad. Yes I know I need to replace the syncros.... Blah blah blah. There are two companies that ppl believe in Honda and GM tranny fluid. All the other stuff is great, but not if you are trying to extend the life of a beaten piece of equipment. I would love to run redline in my trans but I can't, I've tried.

Lots of people swore by GM Synchromesh with friction modifiers. That has become hard to find lately but it appears to be the same stuff as AC Delco Synchromesh with friction modifiers: Part # 10-4014
honda mtf has never failed me, i've used it in a lot of applications.. i really can't tell the differences between all of the fluids. I'm using honda mtf on my 550 whp k trans right now and it's doing very well

Well I'm not trying to be a dick, but that is literally the WORST fluid for that application. It may be shifting ok but the gears will wear like crazy. I only use it on stock cars.
For DD, stock to bolt ons the honda or other synchromeshs work great. But for any type of racing or higher power setups the honda mtf does not cut it. I love oem honda but the mtf breaks down seriously fast with heat and does not offer enough wear protection.
I built k transmissions for scca world challenge touring cars and found out early in testing that these fluids were not adequate. In my experience the motul gear 300 and motyls worked really well. For high power setups and road racing the redline lightweight shockproof was amazing for keeping gear wear down. But the redline has some funky properties to it and I would make sure the transmissions I put it in were inspected and refreshed on a regular basis as a far as synchros go.
