Default bar question about jumpers b18b1

Can i use jumpers to pass CA ref? for the ecu and distributor?? i have a b18b1 in my 88 crx hf, currently running on obd0. going to convert it to obd1 and i know what else i need to convert but i just need to know if ref will let me pass with the jumper harness or would i have to re-pin everything to the ecu. please shine in if you've pass ref with jumpers. and im from sacramento, for my sac and surround area folks, if you've ref your motor off the florin rd one or at the american river college, which one did you go to and were they a dick about anything? t.i.a.

Call or visit the ref.
When swaps just became popular for Honda, refs didn't know what they were and disallowed them.
Now they pass them since most every ref has seen them and know what they are.

no they dont allow you to use jumpers for referee, it has to look all stock. everything spliced correctly and no black tape

You are asking the wrong people for answers.
Call the ref you plan to take the car to when it's done.

You are going to find LOTS of yes and no posts if you search the internet.
As I told you, it is completely up to the ref and their understanding of the ECU wiring.
