So in my 94 civic the speedometer gets to decide when it wants to work or not apparently? But it DOES work at exactly 35mph, no slower, no faster. If i go over or under 35 it usually stops working. Any suggestions?

 

Replace the speedo, that typically happens when a speedo goes bad.
