Default cant get 04 civic to boost

I'm new to this form so bare with me. I have a 2004 Honda civic with the JDM D-17 engine with a t3/t4 hybrid turbo. Had to get a new engine because last one blew and now I can't boost. The shop thinks its my ecu not sure what derails to give to help figure out what's wrong but I'm tired of barely being able to get up to 60mph ...Amy help would be awesome.

Thread fail. Probably boosted a stock D17 with an Ebay kit and no tuning or tune management. You picked one of the worst Hondas and Honda motors to boost.

That aside he should still be able to get up to and surpass 60mph.

Yeah very odd that you're barely able to get up 60 mph. Stock, they should go over 100 mph.

there is no info here. take it to another shop to diagnose. I hope you're not on a stock ecu.

Didn't know how bad of an engine a d17 was until it was too late but I have already invested this much I want it to at least boost properly...

Also one of the injectors was Leaking by so it could possibly be a fail safe kicking in. I fixed it but km not sure if that might still be causing me problems.
