Default Idle help!

Why is this happening, it started happening today after the took off the iacv and cleaned it with carb cleaner. I put it back on and it was idling fine but I took it for a drive and this started happening. Any ideas?

Hey, I was adjusting the idle screw and according to the DIY thread, it says to remove the connector to the iacv and there should be a 100rpm decrease. I did and my car stalled right away. Is this a bad iacv??

Originally before the adjust and removal of the connector, 700. I plugged the connector back up and adjust the screw but the idle didnt change, however it did stop it from dipping below 700 after the throttle. So my iacv is good or bad?
