So I stalled very lightly, I rarely stall, but when I try to turn it back on it turns on but rough then idles at 500 below and wants to die, I try and give it gas but there's no response... I give it a couple seconds then rpms go up and then it has gas response then I go.... This was very frustrating while in traffic.... This only happens when I stall... Any ideas what it can be... Thanks

 

when was the last time you did a full tune up ?(plugs cap rotor etc).

 

I did my plugs not even a week ago, proper gap and torque spec, haven't changed the rotor or cap and wires yet, I'll be checking the cap and rotor next

 

do that a bad cap/rotor can cause issues similar to yours. is you ign/mech timing on ?

 

Someone did say that my timing was off by a tooth but it is still good idle and all that does misfire sometimes

 

set mechanical timing....don't go driving around if you're off by a tooth
